Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays)

Free standard shipping on all orders over $30 within the U.S. only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories) 

Shipping orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories may incur additional fees.

Lapalette Beauty is not responsible for any missing packages once the tracking link is marked as “Delivered” 

If the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout, we will not take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid. 

Lapalette Beauty is not responsible for Duty-based fees for international orders. If you decide to return the order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
