RETURN POLICY (ONLINE PURCHASES)
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Before returning or exchanging your purchase , please notify and contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will give you an instruction.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Used or opened products will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund unless the return was a result of our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you exchanged items to reach you may vary.
Returning items must include all contents with the original packaging. Damaged packaging and items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund, check your bank account first. Then try contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
